​Despite this level of success, independent research had found that their brand lacked the recognition and cut-through expected from a market-leading organisation, membership communications were piecemeal and inconsistent and their key e-commerce site was underperforming. Real Results…

​A new integrated e-commerce website was key to the success of the rebrand, allowing PSUK to communicate their offer to potential customers as well as secure members areas with multiple access levels. PSUK can now count over 70% of all UK dispensing practices as members, with the new website taking in excess of £600,000.00 in orders every month at the time of writing.
