Oasis® Floral Products are the market leader in high performing products, some 4500+ floral sundries including, OASIS® Floral Foam, packaging, containers and seasonal collections. Oasis pride themselves on their reputation amongst florists who love to use their product ranges, whilst delivering the very best service possible to each and every customer.
As part of a long-standing history of working together, Oasis approached us with a desire to improve their relationship with their current customers, increasing repeat orders, but also attracting new business. Pretty much trying to appeal to everyone!
Using the insight that florists, in particular, love hard copy handouts, we began by redesigning the Oasis’ product guide. Taking something quite flimsy and easily discarded and transforming it into a stunning hardback, worthy of sitting on your coffee table, to be admired and revisited regularly. To improve the success of their online presence, we designed a monthly e-newsletter for existing customers, tailored exactly to their interests, along with a targeted e-shot for prospective customers. Both included free samples with orders to entice newcomers and discount existing custom.
The results for Oasis come two-fold. Since the launch of the new product guides, Oasis has seen a rise in repeat custom as the product guides now take pride of place in many florists shops. In addition, online engagements have risen 3.6% in new followers since the summer across Oasis’ social media channels. The engagement of existing fans has also increased, demonstrating a significant improvement in Oasis producing the right content for the right people through their newsletter format.
