New Name & Brand Identity for Cultural Hub – Watch This Space

We have been working hard and are at the cusp of unveiling a ground breaking new name and identity for a cultural hub, set to illuminate the heart of Northumberland. This £14 million cultural hub will become a dynamic hub of creativity and entertainment that will become the pulsating core of Blyth town’s ambitious £90 million Energising Blyth regeneration programme.

Although we cannot share the new name and visual identity now, we can say that spanning 2,344m², this state-of-the-art facility will feature three cinema screens, a 120-seat studio theatre, a versatile multi-purpose space, and a welcoming café. Designed to be the jewel in the crown of Blyth’s historic Marketplace, it promises to be a place where culture, community, and creativity converge.

The surrounding landscape will see significant enhancements, offering improved facilities for market traders and introducing ‘flexible’ street furniture, setting the stage for an array of events and performances. This project is a testament to the collaborative spirit, funded by the government’s Future High Streets Fund, Northumberland County Council, and various partners, all committed to revitalising our town.

While the name and brand of this cultural hub remains shrouded in anticipation, its impact will be undeniable. The new brand name and visual identity will help the venue stand tall as a beacon of collective ambition, a symbol of rejuvenation, and a home for the arts that will enrich our community for generations to come. Stay tuned for the grand reveal of a name that will encapsulate the essence of innovation, culture, heritage, and community spirit.
